On 10 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following entities:
mortgage collateral of Commercial Mortgage managed by the closed joint-stock company Empire Trust;
mortgage collateral of Prime Mortgage managed by the closed joint-stock company Empire Trust.
