On securities issue
On 10 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Nizhne-Bureyskaya HPP placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-32629-F-002D, dated 29 January 2013;
to resumet he issue, to register an issue and a prospectus of class A non-convertible interest bearing certified cash collateralised bearer bonds placed through public subscription, and an issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified cash collateralised bearer bonds placed through private subscription of Specialised Financial Company Europe 14-1A, limited liability company;
to assign state registration numbers 4-01-36466-R and 4-02-36466-R to the issues of securities;
to resume the issue and to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Oblcommunenergo Invest placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33661-D-001D;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Production Association Urals Optical & Mechanical Plant named after Mr. E.S. Yalamov placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55470-Е-004D, dated 24 January 2013;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company NPO High-Precision Weapons placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 1-01-13470-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;
to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Scientific Research Institute of Electronic Technology placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15231-А-001D.
