On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-3802, dated 29 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 29 December 2015 a provisional administration to the Specialised Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3553, location: 1 Tkatskaya Street, Room 819, Moscow 105318; TIN 7744000013; PSRN 1037739060820; hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken following the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3188, dated 16 November 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Pavel Yu. Osipov (mailing address: P.O.Box 56, 7 Tverskaya Street, Moscow 125009), a receiver, member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Independent Receivers DELO (P.O.Box 7, Moscow 107113) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
