On securities issue

On 9 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register:

the issue of class A non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds placed through private subscription, issues of class B and C non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds placed through private subscription and a prospectus of class A and B non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent TFB1, and to assign state registration numbers 4-01-82233-N, 4-02-82233-N и 4-03-82233-N to the issues of securities;

a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Plant placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55309-Е-006D.
