On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and following the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank Mezhregionbank, limited liability company, or CB MRB LLC (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1059, date of registration — 3 December 1990) (Order No. OD-3101, dated 10 November 2015) the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-3102, dated 10 November 2015) to appoint from 10 November 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Mezhregionbank, limited liability company, for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Yelena Maksimova, chief economist of the banking supervision section of the Yaroslavl Regional Division, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Mezhregionbank, limited liability company.

The provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Mezhregionbank, limited liability company, also includes: V.V. Izmailov, V.A. Gryaznov, T.V. Petukhova, A.A. Zdobnov, L.A. Borisenko, Yu.N. Aksenov, A.N. Davidenko, V.S. Yermakova.
