On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

On 7 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of a professional securities market participant due to the requests of the following entities:

CJSC VTB Capital (TIN 7703585780), to carry out depository activity (licence No. 177-13077-000100, dated 29 April 2010);

CJSC UralSib Depository Company (TIN 7732006444), to carry out depository activity (licence No. 177-07070-000100, dated 31 October 2003);

JSCB Legion (JSC) (TIN 7750005524), to carry out broker activity (licence No. 077-07462-100000, dated 27 February 2004), depository activity (licence No. 077-07474-000100, dated 27 February 2004) and securities management (licence No. 177-13120-001000, dated 13 May 2010).
