On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 3 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

MC System Capital, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), to carry out securities management due to a change of name and location;

public joint-stock company Commercial Bank Industrial and Financial Cooperation (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name and location;

MRC Brokerage Group, limited liability company (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;

public joint-stock company First United Bank (the city of Samara) to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name and location.
