On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region dated 30 June 2015 on compulsory liquidation of credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank — Closed Joint-Stock Company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3050, date of registration — 10 August 1994) and appointment of the liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1617 dated 9 July 2015) to terminate from 10 July 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank — Closed Joint-Stock Company appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1042 of 13 May 2015 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Saint Petersburg-based Credit Institution Construction-Commercial Bank — Closed Joint-Stock Company or CJSC StroyComBank Due to the Revocation of the Banking Licence’.
