On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its order No. OD-1587, dated 7 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the insurance company VOSTOK-ALLIANCE, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 2895, location: 5 Uspenskaya Street, Room 12, Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, 143408, TIN 7744003670, PSRN 1047744004660, hereinafter, the Company) from 7 July 2015.

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence and reinsurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1256, dated 8 June 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Igor V. Rekunov (mailing address: 26 Yelovaya Alleya Street, Flat 38, Kaliningrad, Kaliningrad Region, 236038), member of the non-profit partnership Far-Eastern Interregional Self-Regulated Organisation of Professional Receivers (92, Krasnorechenskaya Street, Bldg. B, Post-Office No. 6, PO Box No. 95/36, Khabarovsk, 680006) has been approved as a head of the provisional administration.
