On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its order No. OD-1585, dated 7 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to Insurance Company Fakel, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3756, location: 16 Novinsky Boulevard, Bldg. 2, Moscow, 121069, TIN 7730157590, PSRN 1027730004433, hereinafter, the Company) from 7 July 2015.

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1392, dated 18 June 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Pavel Osipov (mailing address: 7 Tverskaya Street, P.O. Box 56, Moscow, 125009), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Independent Receivers DELO (address: P.O. Box 6, Moscow, 123317) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
