On securities issue

On 9 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Sverdlovsk Region-based Urals Heavy-duty Machinery — Uralvagonzavod, joint-stock company, placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-02-05520-К-004D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue and prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based United Credit Systems, public joint-stock company, placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-15296-А-003D to the additional issue of securities.
