On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD- 1292, dated 9 June 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Saint-Petersburg-Based Credit Institution Construction-Commercial Bank — Closed Joint-Stock Company StroyComBank, Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD- 1292, dated 9 June 2015):

to withdraw K.A. Lyeushkina and E.A. Solovyev from the provisional administration of the credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank — closed joint-stock company from 10 June 2015;

to appoint Yu.G. Mezentsev as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank — closed joint-stock company from 10 June 2015.
