On appointment of provisional administration
In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 18926 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the the St. Petersburg-based credit institution Limited Liability Company Commercial Bank Invest-Ecobank or LLC CB Invest-Ecobank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1956, date of registration is 10 July 1992) (Order No. OD-1297, dated 10 June 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1298, dated 10 June 2015) to appoint from 10 June 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Limited Liability Company Commercial Bank Invest-Ecobank for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.
Kira A. Leushkina, head of supervision section No. 1 of the Banking Supervision Divison of the Bank of Russia North-Western Main Branch, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Limited Liability Company Commercial Bank Invest-Ecobank.
The provisional administration to manage the credit institution Limited Liability Company Commercial Bank Invest-Ecobank also includes: A.V. Sharapov, S.Yu. Zaitseva, T.Yu. Mikhailova, E.A. Soloviev, A.A. Dubkovsky, V.N. Tovskyi, S.P. Doronin, T.N. Abakumova, Yu.N. Aksenov.
