On appointment of provisional administration
In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 18926 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution joint-stock company Republican Social Commercial Bank or JSC BANK RSCB Ltd (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2050, date of registration is 9 September 1992) (Order No. OD-1293, dated 10 June 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1294, dated 10 June 2015) to appoint from 10 June 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution joint-stock company Republican Social Commercial Bank for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.
Zhanna V. Timokhina, deputy head of the reporting processing section of the Operations Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company Republican Social Commercial Bank.
The provisional administration to manage the credit institution joint-stock company Republican Social Commercial Bank also includes: A.S. Bykov, L.N. Pshenichnyi, O.V. Lobodanova, A.P. Ivashkin, M.K. Orangaliev, Zh.V. Nagornova, I.P. Strokov, O.V. Scherbakova, I.A. Slyusarev, A.V. Vasiliev.
