On reissuing licence forms of professional securities market participant

On 7 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue the licence forms of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

the Moscow-based Independent Financial Centre Management Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;

the Moscow-based Joint-stock company April Capital to carry out securities management due to a change of name and location;

the Moscow-based Joint-stock company commercial bank Lanta-Bank to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

the Togliatti-based Joint-stock company FIA-BANK to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

the Moscow-based Joint-stock company SIB Financial Broker to carry out depositary activity due to a change of name;

the Velikiye Luki-based Public joint-stock company VAKOBANK to carry out broker and dealer activity due to a change of name.
