On cancelling licence to manage investment funds and appointment of provisional administration

On 9 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds of Lighthouse Capital, limited liability company (PSRN: 1077764218960).
The reason to take the decision is non-compliance with the Bank of Russia directive to remedy the law violation that resulted in the prohibition on some of the operations.
The Bank of Russia has appointed a provisional administration to manage Lighthouse Capital, limited liability company, and suspended the authorities of the executive bodies.
