On rules of trust management

On 10 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Credit Instrument, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by Aurum Investment Management Company, limited liability company;

Smart-Credit, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by Aurum Investment Management Company, limited liability company;

Centrotrust — Fond Zagorodniy, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Central Trust Company;

OMEGA, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Korona Management Company;

Romantsevsky, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by GPI Management Company, limited liability company.
