On discharging head of provisional administration and appointing new provisional administration to insurance company

Due to the application of representatives of the controlling body, the Bank of Russia took a decision to discharge Igor Koval, the head of the provisional administration of Insurance Company SEVERNAYA KAZNA, limited liability company, due to the improper fulfillment of his duties.

The decision is taken pursuant to Clauses 3 and 4 of Article 183.15 of Federal Law No. 127-FZ, dated 26 October 2002, ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’. The activity of the provisional administration of the Company is terminated.

The Bank of Russia will appoint a new provisional administration to the Company under the procedure stipulated by Federal Law No. 127-FZ, dated 26 October 2002, ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’.

The decision on the discharge of I.V. Koval and the early termination of activity of the provisional administration becomes effective the day the members of the new provisional administration are approved.
