On List of credit institutions meeting requirements of Subclauses 2.1.1 – 2.1.2 and 2.1.4 of Clause 2.1 of Bank of Russia Regulation No. 451-P, dated 25 December 2014 

Due to the effectiveness from 9 February 2015 of Bank of Russia Regulation No. 451-P, dated 25 December 2014, ‘On Additional Restrictions on Investing Pension Savings Placed with a Non-Governmental Pension Fund Implementing Obligatory Pension Insurance, Additional Requirements to Credit Institutions with Which Servicemen Pension and Housing Savings are Placed, and Additional Requirements Management Companies Must Comply with During the Term of Pension Savings Trust Management Agreement’ (hereinafter, the Regulation), a List of credit institutions meeting requirements of Subclauses 2.1.1 — 2.1.2 and 2.1.4 of Clause 2.1 of the Regulation (hereinafter, the List) was published on the Bank of Russia website in the section Financial Markets/Financial Market Participants/Collective Investments Market.

Please note that in accordance with Clause 2.2 of the Regulation, the Bank of Russia publishes the List without consideration of requirements of Subclause 2.1.3 of Clause 2.1 of the Regulation (credit institution rating requirements).

The Bank of Russia will set credit institution rating requirements shortly.

Specialised depositaries are responsible for the control over credit institutions’ compliance with requirements of Subclause 2.1.3 of Clause 2.1 of the Regulation.
