On 6 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to issue a licence of professional securities market participant to carry out dealer activity to the Yekaterinburg-based BANK NEYVA, limited liability company;
to issue a copy of series KA qualification certificate No. 009659 (Federal Financial Markets Service Order No. 06-1105/pz-i, dated 18 May 2006) of qualification of FINANCIAL MARKET SPECIALIST with specialisation in financial market: depositary activity, to Sergey Bazhenov (the city of Moscow).
