On 4 December 2014, due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Bank-T (TIN 2315126160) (hereinafter, the Company), the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant issued to the Company No. 177-13760-100000, dated 18 June 2013, to carry out broker activity, No. 177-13762-010000, dated 18 June 2013, to carry out dealer activity, No. 177-13765-000100, dated 18 June 2013, to carry out depositary activity, and No. 177-13763-001000, dated 18 June 2013, to carry out securities management.
