On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 8 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

Moscow-based Moscow Stock Centre, limited liability company, to act as a registrar due to a conversion;

Moscow-based public joint-stock company Bank VTB 24 Банку to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Moscow-based Inveco, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Petrozavodsk-based SUMMA CAPITAL Investment Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location.
