On resignation of ROSINKAS general director Andrey V. Vinogradov

By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, dated 9 December 2014, the General Director of Russian Encashment Association of the Bank of Russia (ROSINKAS) Andrey V. Vinogradov resigned his office.

Evgeny V. Bushuev, the first deputy general director, is appointed as an acting general director of ROSINKAS from 10 December 2014.
