On refusal to issue licences

On 8 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to issue licences to the following entities:
— Saint Petersbrug-based non-profit organisation STROITELNIY COMPLEX Mutual Insurance Company to carry out mutual insurance;
— GARANTIYA S INSURANCE BROKER, limited liability company, to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker.
