On reissuing forms of licences of professional participant of securities market

On 8 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of the professional participant of the securities market to the following entities:

• Rostov-on-Don-based Partner, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and securities management due to a change of location;
• Moscow-based StrategInvest, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and securities management due to a change of location;
• Moscow-based Investment Company InstaVector, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activities due to a change of name (previous name: IC InstaTrade LLC);
• Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Investment Company Blackfield Capital to carry out dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location.
