On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 5 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

— St. Petersburg-based Central Depositary of Funds, limited liability company, to carry out depositary activity due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based OTP Bank, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based Nordea Bank, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;

— Kostroma-based Public Joint-Stock Company Sovcombank to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Derzhava, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer activity and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name.
