On Bank of Russia decisions

to change the forms of licences by insurance activity type to the following entities:

open joint-stock company Spasskie Vorota Insurance company,

Yekaterinburg Insurance company, limited liability company,

Krasnoyarsk Insurance company Vozrozhdenie-Kredit,

joint-stock company Geopolis Insurance,

Geopolis Insurance company, limited liability company,

joint-stock company Russian Reinsurance company;

Insurance company Quickly! Insurance, limited liability company;

to change a form of the licence to carry out mediation activity as an insurance broker of SibBrok Insurance Broker, limited liability company, due to the reorganization through conversion;

to reissue a form of the licence to carry out mediation activity as an insurance broker of SIGMA Insurance Broker, limited liability company, due to the change of name and location.
