On securities issue

On 7 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse to register a report on the results of the issue of series 46, 47, 48 and 49 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based VTB Capital Finance, limited liability company, placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-46-36408-R, 4-47-36408-R, 4-48-36408-R and 4-49-36408-R,

to recognise the said issues invalid and to cancel their state registration due to non-placement of securities;

to register reports on the results of the issue of series 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and 45 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds for qualified investors of the Moscow-based VTB Capital Finance, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-25-36408-R, 4-26-36408-R, 4-27-36408-R, 4-28-36408-R, 4-29-36408-R, 4-30-36408-R, 4-31-36408-R, 4-32-36408-R, 4-33-36408-R, 4-34-36408-R, 4-35-36408-R, 4-36-36408-R, 4-37-36408-R, 4-38-36408-R, 4-39-36408-R, 4-40-36408-R, 4-41-36408-R, 4-42-36408-R, 4-43-36408-R, 4-44-36408-R, 4-45-36408-R,

to recognise the said issues invalid and to cancel their state registration due to non-placement of securities;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Aviaagregat (the Samara Region), placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is1-01-00402-Е-001D;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Inter RAO Capital, placed through conversion of shares of the same category (type) at lower par value,

to assign state registration number 1-03-37770-Н to the securities issue;

to register an additional issue and prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Proton — Perm Motors (Perm Territory), placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-03-00181-К-005D to the additional securities issue;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company RT-Chemical Technologies and Composite Materials, placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-14068-А-002D to the additional securities issue;

to register reports on the results of the issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent 2, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-02-82451-Н;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15844-А-001D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Federal State Research and Design Institute of Rare Metal Industry Giredmet, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55426-Е-006D.
