On 7 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to register:

Troika Capital, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Central Trust Company;
amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:
Kazan Rental Investment Fund, closed-end rent unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company AS Management;
Kazan Land Investment Fund, closed-end rent unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company AS Management,
Triumph, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Reserve Asset Management, limited liability company;
Commercial Investments, closed-end mixed unit investment fund managed by REGION Portfolio Investments, limited liability company;
Seredinskii, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Empire Trust;
