On 7 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company United Aircraft Corporation placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-55306-Е-001D;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Centre for Investment Project Development (the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-33292-D-006D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Uranium One Group placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-11928-А-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Moscow Flowers placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-81099-Н-001D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Chief Directorate for Troop Accommodations placed through conversion during reorganisation through acquisition, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13698-А-011D;

to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Gas-Turbine Engineering Research and Production Center ‘Salut’ placed through acquisition of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Gas-Turbine Engineering Research and Production Center ‘Salut’ by the Russian Federation during reorganisation of the federal state unitary enterprise Gas-Turbine Engineering Research and Production Center ‘Salut’ into a joint-stock company, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50380-А;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Yakutskaya GRES-2 (the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-58921-N-001D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Sakhalinskaya GRES-2 (the Sakhalin region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-58922-N-001D;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Volga-Sport (the Nizhny Novgorod Region) placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-20468-Р, dated 27 January 2011;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company State Machine-building Scientific and Research Institute named after V.V. Bahirev (the Nizhny Novgorod Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55351-Е-006D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Central Design Bureau of Automatics (the Omsk Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-12656-F-003D;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds pledged with monetary claims of the Moscow-based Specialised Financial Company Europe 14-1A, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-02-36466-R;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Oboronstroy placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13615-А-004D;

to include the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company GFT Mutual Funds in the register of management companies of specialised associations.
