On 25 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity (licence No. 177-12039-100000, dated 31 May 2007) securities management (licence No. 177-12041-001000, dated 19 February 2009) and depository activity (licence No. 177-12372-000100, dated 14 July 2009), following a request of PJSC Eurasian bank (TIN: 177-12372-000100).
