On revocation of insurance broker licence

By its Order No. OD-3414, dated 1 December 2015, the Bank of Russia revoked the licence to carry our mediation activity as an insurance broker of Insurance Company Global Insurance Solutions (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4300).
The decision is taken due to the insurer’s voluntary abandonment of the licensed activity.
The decision becomes effective the day it is published in the Bank of Russia Bulletin.
