On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

Due to the revocation of the banking licence from the credit institution PJSC JSCB Baltika (TIN: 3900000834) (hereinafter, the Company), on 24 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the Company’s licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity (licence No. 177-03526-100000, dated 7 December 2000), dealer activity (licence No. 177-03628-010000, dated 7 December 2000) and depository activity (licence No. 177-03966-000100, dated 15 December 2000).
