On launch of reorganisation procedure of credit institutions through merger

Pursuant to the requirements of part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia announces the initiation of the procedure to reorganise the Moscow-based B&N Bank Public, Joint-stock Company (registration No. 323), through merger with the Yekaterinburg-based Uralprivatbank, Joint-stock Company (registration No. 153).
