On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation, on 6 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series АI-001 qualification certificate No. 012527 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to the sole executive body of Investment Company Aiaks-Capital, limited liability company, Pavel Maksimov;

— series АI-004 qualification certificate No. 000223 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, series АIV-004 qualification certificate No. 004750 of financial market specialist in depositary activity, and series АV-004 qualification certificate No. 000133 of financial market specialist in managing investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to the controller Aiaks-Capital, limited liability company, Yulia Slyusar.
