Based on the application of the Moscow-based Commercial Bank EAST EUROPEAN TRUST BANK, closed joint-stock company, (TIN 7744002028), the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant No. 077-06573-100000, dated 29 April 2003, to carry out broker activity and No. 077-06584-010000, dated 29 April 2003, to carry out dealer activity.
