On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-1504, dated 1 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the Insurance Company KOMESTRA, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 1922, location: 7, Chkalova Street, 650025 Kemerovo, TIN 5409107859; PSRN 1024200689512, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. 1156, dated 26 May 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

N.E. Gulyaschikh (mailing address: Office 607, 29/1, Skotoprogonnaya Street, 109029 Moscow), member of the non-profit partnership First Self-regulatory Association of Receivers (Office 200, 10, Berezhkovskaya Embankment, 109029 Moscow) has been appointed head of the provisional administration.
