The Central Bank of the Russian Federation Main Branch for the Central Federal District, Moscow pursuant to requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activity’ notifies on the initiation of the procedure of the reorganisation of the Open Joint-stock Company Bank Severny Morskoy Put through merger with Joint-stock Company Bank Investment Capital.
