On Bank of Russia decisions

On 2 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register regulations of specialised mortgage collateral depository of the JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL INNOVATION BANK OBRAZOVANIE, joint-stock company;

to register amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal control of the limited liability company Trust Investment Company;

to register amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal control of the closed joint-stock company Management Center Management Company;

to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based limited liability company Management Company Systema Capital due to a change of name and location (previous name: limited liability company Trust Investment Company).
