Due to the repeated gross violation of requirements of Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AI-002 qualification certificate No. 000338, dated 7 February 2007, of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, issued to Konstantin Suyarov.
