On refusal to issue licence to manage investment funds

On 7 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to issue a licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based Fort Moraine Management Company, limited liability company, and to register rules of organisation and internal controls of Fort Moraine Management Company, limited liability company.
