On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 97–98 (1693–1694), dated 6 November 2015, has been released.

Bank of Russia Regulation No. 487-P, dated 2 September 2015, ‘Sectoral Standard for Accounting Income, Expenses and Other Total Return of Non-bank Financial Institutions’ (becomes effective from 1 January 2017; shall be applied by microfinance organisations, consumer credit cooperatives and housing savings cooperatives from 1 January 2018, by agricultural consumer credit cooperatives and pawnshops from 1 January 2019);

Bank of Russia Regulation No. 489-P, dated 4 September 2015, ‘Sectoral Standard for Staff Compensation Accounting at Non-bank Financial Institutions’ (becomes effective from 1 January 2017; shall be applied by microfinance organisations, consumer credit cooperatives and housing savings cooperatives from 1 January 2018, by agricultural consumer credit cooperatives and pawnshops from 1 January 2019).
