On securities issue

On 5 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Saint Petersburg-based open joint-stock company Research and Design Institute Morteplotekhnika placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04499-D-005D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Security Technologies placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15524-А-001D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Academician V.P. Makeyev State Rocket Centre (the Chelyabinsk Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55375-Е-008D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Saint Petersburg-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund of Defense and Industrial Complex OPS placed through the acquisition of shares of the established joint-stock pension fund by the reorganised non-profit pension fund;

to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Murmansk TEC (the Murmansk Region) placed through public subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-55148-Е-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-00739-А-010D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Gazprom Teploenergo placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-09492-А-002D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Far Eastern Energy management Company (the Primorye Territory) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-31316-F-005D.
