On 3 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to the Moscow-based Commercial bank Bank of Settlements and Savings (TIN 7715027290) due to the revocation of its banking licence.
