On securities issue

On 5 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company United Aircraft Corporation placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-55306-Е-001D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company GlavTorgProduct placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-05288-D-001D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Aviastar-SP (the Ulyanovsk Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-03-00154-P-003D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Region Scientific & Production Enterprise placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-10825-А-005D.
