On Bank of Russia decisions

On 5 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of mortgage coverage of mortgage participation certificates:

Mortgage Participation Certificates EFG managed by the closed joint-stock company EFG Asset Management,

Mortgage Participation Certificates EFG-2 managed by the closed joint-stock company EFG Asset Management;

to issue a licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based Active Invest, limited liability company, and to register rules of organisation and internal controls of Active Invest, limited liability company.
