amendments and addenda to rules of trust management of GEO-RESOURCE, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Management Company MAXIMUM, limited liability company;
rules of trust management of Progress, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by TRINFICO Property Management, limited liability company.
