On Bank of Russia decisions

On 2 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to register amendments and addenda to Rules of Organisation and Internal Controls of the Moscow-based Non-State Pension Fund GAZFOND;

to refuse to register rules of trust management of Rent 1, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Management Company Nadezhnoye Upravlenie, limited liability company;

to strike off the following unit investment funds managed by Pallada Asset Management, closed joint-stock company, from the register of unit investment funds:

Pallada — Equity Fund, open-end equity unit investment fund,

Pallada — Natural Resources, open-end mixed investments unit investment fund.
