On cancelling licence of management company

The reasons to cancel the Licence issued to the Management Company are as follows:
— repeated non-compliance within a year by the Management Company with Bank of Russia instructions when conducting activity envisaged by the Licence;
— repeated violation within a year for more than 15 working days of terms for submitting the reports stipulated by the federal laws and regulations of the Russian Federation, including the regulations of the Bank of Russia, when conducting activity envisaged by the Licence;
— repeated violation within a year of information disclosure requirements stipulated by the federal laws and regulations of the Russian Federation, including the regulations of the Bank of Russia, when conducting activity envisaged by the Licence.
