On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Irkutsk Region, dated 26 March 2015, on recognising the credit institution Your Personal Bank, joint-stock company (Bank of Russia Registration Number 1222, date of registration — 18 December 1990), as insolvent (bankrupt) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘on Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-713, dated 3 April 2015) to terminate from 6 April 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Your Personal Bank, joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-188, dated 29 January 2015, ‘On Appointing Provisional Administration to Manage the Ust-Kut-based Credit Institution Joint-Stock Company Your Personal Bank (Irkutsk Region) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
